From The Dalmore distillery on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, Highland. Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in a custom blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from three cooperages in Jerez, Spain. Rich and warming with notes of caramelised orange, dark chocolate, dried fruit, cinnamon and a long spiced finish.
