100% Chardonnay from Gualtallary, one of Mendoza's highest and most mineral terroirs at 1,543 metres. Thirty percent fermented and aged 10 months in 500L French oak barrels with twice-weekly batonnage. White peach and citrus with elegant texture, fresh acidity and a saline, persistent finish.
