A small-production rosé from organically farmed vineyards, blending 70% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger with 27% Pinot Noir and 3% still red wine from Grand Cru Ambonnay. No malolactic fermentation, vinified in old oak casks. Delicate rose-petal hue, fresh and tonic, with a fine mousse and a mineral, precise finish.
