Henri Dosnon Brut Selection - Champagne, France

Produced in Avirey-Lingey in the Côte des Bar, one of Champagne's most dynamic sub-regions, this Brut Sélection is crafted by Davy Dosnon, who revived his family's winemaking tradition using plots passed down by his grandfather. A blend of predominantly Pinot Noir with around 10% Chardonnay, it is aged on lees for 20 months before disgorgement and finished with a dosage of 9 g/L.

Pale gold with a bright, lively mousse, it offers a fresh and floral bouquet of green apple, ripe lemon and white cherry. On the palate it is light, round and well-structured, with crisp acidity, notes of golden raisin, toasted almond and a hint of brioche leading to a refined, persistent finish. An excellent aperitif and outstanding value for a grower Champagne.
