A biodynamically farmed Montagny Premier Cru from Domaine du Cellier aux Moines, a historic estate founded in 1130 in the Côte Chalonnaise. Made from 100% Chardonnay planted in 2012 on a south-facing vineyard, it offers elegant aromas of ripe apple, hawthorn flower, hazelnut and a hint of smoke, with a silky, precise palate, vivid freshness and a mineral, linear finish.
