From the Ferret family's estate at 170 metres in the hills of Gascony, harvested at night to preserve freshness. Pure Sauvignon Blanc, fermented at low temperature and aged on fine lees. Grapefruit, melon and white flowers on the nose, with a crisp, lively palate and a clean finish. An easy, refreshing everyday white.
