Domaine des Justices Bordeaux Blanc 2018 - Bordeaux, France

An organically farmed white Bordeaux from Julie and Xavier Gonet-Médeville's estate in Preignac, on a gravel and silt hillside north of Langon. A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon, hand-harvested and aged 12 months in stainless steel. Aromatic and expressive, with notes of citrus, peach, white flowers and a touch of tropical fruit, balanced by lively acidity and a long, rounded finish.
