Alexandre Monmousseau's personal take on Chenin Blanc, blending fruit from Vouvray, Montlouis-sur-Loire and Amboise. Aged 5 months on lees with indigenous yeasts, deliberately kept at a lighter ABV for easy drinkability. Floral and fresh on the nose, with yellow fruit on a clean, dry palate. A versatile, food-friendly white.
