The first white wine produced by the Hospices de Beaune outside the Cote de Beaune, sold at their famous November charity auction. Vines aged 35 to 90 years in Chaintré, in the south of the appellation, aged 15 months in barrel. Rich and generous, with roasted almond, hazelnut and a vivid freshness.
