A certified organic Riesling from Alsace, grown on clay-limestone soils and vinified in stainless steel with around eight months on fine lees. The nose is fine and racy, with notes of lemon, lemongrass, grapefruit, pear and white flowers, while the palate is dry, lively and precise, finishing with bright citrus lift and a saline edge.
