From one of Sancerre's oldest families, with 19 generations and 500 years of history behind them. This single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from the biodynamic Domaine de La Moussière is aged 8 months on fine lees in a mix of vats, concrete and oak. Citrus blossom, grapefruit and crushed flint on the nose, with a rounded, textured palate and a clean mineral finish.
