A rare Renaissance condiment revived by the Ducal House of Este. Made from raw Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso and Merlot must, aged 12 years in decreasing oak, chestnut, cherry and mulberry barrels. Intensely complex, with spicy and fruity notes. Exceptional on roasts, risottos and aged cheeses.
