Château Belle Brise - Pomerol, France

One of Pomerol's most secretive and sought-after estates, tucked away in the appellation's southwest corner with just 2 hectares of walled vineyard. Owned by Henri-Bruno de Coincy, whose family has produced Armagnac for 700 years, Belle Brise is vinified with natural yeasts, aged in 400-litre Armagnac barrels, and bottled unfiltered. Black cherry, violet and truffle, with silky tannins and a long, refined finish.
