A rare and elegant Alsace Pinot Noir from Bott Frères, one of Ribeauvillé's most historic estates founded in 1835. Grown on old vines with low yields, the grapes are hand-harvested and aged for 8 months in oak barrel. The result is a refined red with a deep ruby colour, notes of blackcurrant, cherry and spice, and silky tannins on the finish. Certified organic.
