From Joseph Cartron in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Coffee beans from Costa Rica and Kenya are roasted, hot-infused and partially distilled in a copper alembic still, then blended with careful additions of Cognac and rum for body and complexity. Rich, robust and smooth, with an intense espresso character.
