Château Dassault 2022 - Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, France

Founded in 1955 by Marcel Dassault, this Grand Cru Classé on the northern slopes of Saint-Émilion marks a new chapter with the 2022 vintage, integrating neighbouring Faurie de Souchard and a brand-new gravity-fed winery. A blend of 76% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in a mix of new oak barrels, foudres and amphoras. Black fruit, coffee, mocha and silky tannins, with the freshness and precision characteristic of this cooler northern terroir.
