The founding parcel of the Bott estate, a single lieu-dit in Vérin between Coteau de Chéry and Château Grillet, birthplace of Viognier. From decomposed granite soils, aged 9 months in French oak. White flowers, peach, apricot and lychee with a full yet tense palate, lovely minerality and a long, salivating finish. Only around 900 bottles produced.
