From Ingenio San Antonio, produced by the Pellas family since 1890 using 100% renewable energy. Naturally aged for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels with no added sugar, additives or artificial ingredients. Carbon Neutral and Fair Trade certified. Rich amber with notes of honey, toasted nuts, vanilla, baked apple and warm spice.
