A legendary Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel from the Duboscq family, situated between Cos d'Estournel and Montrose on gravel and clay soils. A blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested and aged 18 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Rich and voluptuous, with vanilla, roasted oak, red fruits and a peppery spice, with fine tannins and a long, creamy finish. Drinking beautifully now through 2037.
