Scotch malt whiskies distilled in Scotland and aged in Michel Couvreur's underground cellars in Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. A vatting of up to 50 single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in ex-sherry casks, with notes of dried fruits, walnut, dark chocolate and a long sherried finish.
