Joseph Cartron Green Apple (Manzana Verde) Liqueur

A family-owned distillery since 1882, Joseph Cartron has built its reputation in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy's cru vineyards. Their Pomme Verte liqueur, widely known as Manzana Verde, is crafted from a precise blend of Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples: the first brings vivid acidity and green freshness, the second a natural sweetness and a long, pleasant finish.

Crystal clear in the glass, the nose is expressive and intensely fruity. On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with no heaviness and a bright citrus lift on the finish. Excellent served over ice or used in cocktails.
