Founded in 1130 by Cistercian monks, the Cellier aux Moines is one of Burgundy's oldest estates. Beauregard sits on a stony east-facing slope overlooking the village, and white Santenay is rarer than you'd think. Pure Chardonnay aged 14 months in large oval barrels, mineral and precise with real depth.
