The prestige cuvée of Château Fouquet, produced only in the finest vintages from organically farmed Cabernet Franc vines on the clay-limestone slopes of Brézé. Hand-harvested and aged in oak barrels, the 2019 shows a deep garnet robe with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and orange peel, a full, fruit-driven palate and firm, well-integrated tannins. Built for at least a decade of ageing.
