From SolCraft Distillery in San Agustin Etla, Oaxaca, founded by Jonathan Barbieri. Made from four ancient native corn varieties, Bolita, Chalqueno, Olotillo and Tepecintle, sourced directly from indigenous farming communities. Distilled in solar-powered copper alembics using only rainwater, and non chill-filtered. Sweet and grainy, with a smooth, rounded character.
